Representative Jeanne Poppe
Representative Poppe earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and then went on to receive her M.S. in counseling from Winona State University. She lives with her husband in his hometown of Austin, Minnesota; they have three adult children together. Her legislative interests are advocating for rural and agricultural areas, creating a balanced and fair tax system, and proper funding for public schools. Jeanne earned an honorary Future Farmers of America award for her efforts in the capitol.
