Representative Jim Davnie
Representative Davnie graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Minnesota. He went on to pursue higher education and received his M.Ed. as well as his M.P.A. from the University of Minnesota. He lives with his wife in Minneapolis; they have two children. While in the legislature, he focuses on developing and maintaining affordable public transportation, strengthening early childhood programs, and preserving natural resources here in Minnesota. Jim is currently on the Advisory Board of Camp du Nord, a family camp operated by the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities.
