Representative Liz Olson attended the University of Minnesota Duluth, where she received her B.A. in Sociology; she also has been granted her M.A. in Congregational and Community Care from Luther Seminary. She lives in the Denfield neighborhood of Duluth with her husband and daughter. Her priorities are living wages and benefits for workers, better funding for public education, and dismantling voting restrictions. She is a career advocate, working to empower communities that are often left out of the political process.
